work on google sheets document in He3 window?

Hello,
I'm not a coder, I'm just looking for some help with using this app to work on a google sheets document. When I drop URL into the window, it always says failed to load. Could not find any contact info for basic user help and would really like to use this app for a big project I'm doing, but cannot get the window to load properly.

I’m not familiar with google sheets. Can you provide steps to reproduce?
