Workstream: Verifier Track #1495
Description
As suggested in SLSA Community meeting on 10/6/2025, now that SLSA has 3 major tracks (Build, Source, and Dependency Tracks), and each one has a "Verifying Artifacts" section of requirements, the SLSA community should consolidate all "Verifying Artifact" requirements into a single place, organized into maturity levels, to make it easier for software consumers to have their own requirements and guidelines for verifying supply chain attestations.
