Find a way to mitigate the resonance on A4 and other such frequencies

Some lower frequencies, especially A4 (note 69, 440 Hz) can get some of the controller's internals to vibrate really loudly. This seems to be mitigated somewhat by varying the duty cycle, but I'm not even completely sure a response curve could really fix this.
