RNA004/dorado support

Hi,

Since `nanopolish` doesn't support RNA004 and `dorado`  `estimate-poly-a` seems to be the only real solution for RNA004 data, is there any chance you might support this input? Or any suggestions to make the `pt:i` tag data compatible?
