How can I get a better stacktrace so I will know from where the worker thread was spawned?

When using mutiny, it is often hard to locate an exception, as the stacktrace only points till the worker thread. This often leads to guess work.
Is there a way or a possibility to improve the stacktrace so it will actually point into the actual thread that spawned the mutiny worker thread?

We feel the pain, it's indeed a problem.

It's been explored a few years back, but it's a difficult problem, see #177 (comment) for some elements.
