Add additional DOCKER_STEPCA_INIT_* environment variables to entrypoint.sh so 'step ca init' also accepts the --root, --key, --key-password-file, --deployment-type and --with-ca-url arguments.

DOCKER_STEPCA_INIT_*environment variables to entrypoint.sh sostep ca initalso accepts the --root, --key, --key-password-file, --deployment-type and --with-ca-url arguments via its correspondingDOCKER_STEPCA_INIT_*var.This allows for using existing root ca certificates with the Docker container.
