Why i can not see hardhat accounts ? chapter 6

i install hardhat succesfully but unable to see accounts when i enter yarn hardhat command.
i remove #ethereum-waffle and add #@nomicfoundation/hardhat-chai-matchers.
two package can not operate together. so i remove ethereum-waffle. my log said...
