run function from hardhat module

Patrick says that there is a "run" package that we can run any task of hardhat in our code, but I couldn't find about it anywhere. I have checked the hardhat documentation and the help command.
How can I find something about it?

I'm looking for a document with all possible tasks which I can pass to the "run" function and the usage tutorial with some examples. Could you please help me with that?

As the run function is just a sample utility task, you can run yarn hardhat to list all the available tasks and you can see the description there:

For example, how should I know that I have to pass "verify:verify" to the "run" function instead of "verify"?

You can google something like "hardhat verify" -- I did the same and got the documentation necessary to know the functionality it provides: Link to Documentation

It has various ways of verifying, including verify:verify.

Now I understand the difference between "verify" and "verify:verify".
