Because your StorageFactory.sol is not in the contracts folder.

Hey @sharez0 move your StorageFactory.sol file into the contracts folder.
It should be the same folder as SimpleStorage.sol

It should be import "./SimpleStorage.sol";

now do import "./SimpleStorage.sol";

because you changed the directory.
