Lesson 14, Timeout ERROR & could not detect network Error.

I get some time out error while deploying to rinkeby looking like its coming from the listener..

My randomIpfsNft timed out and i had this same issue during that lottery contract coming from that resolve and listener thingy while deploying to rinkeby, also i dont understand that second error from network..

The error :

NomicLabsHardhatPluginError: Failed to obtain list of solc versions. Reason: Body Timeout Error

    Caused by: BodyTimeoutError: Body Timeout Error
        at Timeout.onParserTimeout [as _onTimeout] 

Looking like its coming from the randomIpfsNft minting section

This is the second error i get looking like its coming from my DynamicSvgNft deploy script:

@Benrockiee : Use the goerli network as rinkeby is been depreciated!
