Dev Dependencies Errors

[TradMod]

I am getting the same error many times whenever I try to get any Dev Dependency. Sometimes the error goes away when I just restart my PC but now that also isn't working.

The error:

error An unexpected error occurred: "EIO: i/o error, unlink '/mnt/e/AB Dee/DEV/Web Dev/FundMe/node_modules/bufferutil/prebuilds/win32-x64/node.napi.node'".

the dev dependency I'm trying to run rn:

yarn add @chainlink/contracts

Pls, help. Isn't there a permanent solution of this problem/err?
I am using Windows 10 and the yarn/npm/node all are updated.

Yes I tried it and it failed again. Same error again. But you know what, IDK why but the dependency got installed and my code compiled as well 😂

So I have left yarn and started using NPM again. And it is working much better now. Even tho it still shows some vulnerabilities but working much better - than Yarn :)
