Lesson7: Testing FundMe throwing error: 'TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'JsonRpcProvider')'

I'm using ethers v6 from hardhat-deploy-ethers and trying to test FundMe.sol. All my code resides here.

When I try to call await ethers.getContractAt("FundMe", deployer) in line number 22 of FundMe.test.ts, it is throwing the following error:

I think it has something to do with await deployments.fixture(['all']) in line number 17. The contracts didn't get deployed and ethers could not find the deployed contract. I know it might work with ethers v5 but I want to use latest versions. Please help me fix this with the latest versions. The deployment is successful in all networks using yarn hardhat deploy.

I fixed this by removing import "hardhat-deploy-ethers"; from hardhat.config.ts
