Add different Loggers

Possible options includes:

• Slack logger: collects logs over x-interval (default: 5 minutes) and sends slack message
• Airbrake: Sends errors through https://github.com/airbrake/airbrake-js
• Email: Similar to slack one

All can be made by existing the BasicLogs Transport.

All can have various filter options so that only a subset of logs can be sent to these as these will take more time. Should be assignable to Oak instances instead of globally.
