Remote Access Library

This library is intended to be a VNC-like application, but with a few design goals:

Simple code
Cross-platform:Win, Linux, (all)Web Browsers, Andriod, IOS(Probably not IOS, but maybe)
Performance
Extendable
Security
Latest standards: c++ 14
