the docker address can't be resolved

Hi，i try to follow the steps of ReadMe to build the project with docker,but it responed :
Error response from daemon: Head "https://registry.gitlab.com/v2/smc/indic-keyboard/manifests/dev": denied: access forbidden
it sees that the address can't be resolved,can you update the address? thay you very much
