Few missing or damaged textures

The T57 Heavy, AMX 13 105, Panhard EBR 75 (FL 10), Panhard EBR 90, STB-1, Type 61, Chimera and AMX M4 mle. 54 all seem to have broken or missing textures around what is likely animated canvas on the turrets.

Also a lot of tanks seem to have missing textures on the tracks.

The Tiger P and similar hulls are of best note.

It seems that WG split the model files into 2 pkg files.
I'll fix it later.
