Can this be run continuously?

As happens with rsync-auto or the author's other awesome vagrant plugin, vagrant-gatling-rsync?

Otherwise, using a Drupal example, after updating a feature in the UI (or via Drush if you're in the guest), you have to manually issue this command. Not a huge deal but automatic would be nice.
