ERROR:  evaluating ZTNB PDF value at 0.0191103 failed. Reason: 0.0191103 is not a non-negative integer

Hi there.

I am using Piranha on the eCLIP data after following their protocol for data processing. However, when I run Piranha, I get the following error -

> ERROR:  evaluating ZTNB PDF value at 0.0191103 failed. Reason: 0.0191103 is not a non-negative integer

Before running Piranha I had run the tests and it seemed to be working fine. Can you tell me what went wrong?
