Description of changes:
Error shapes can be modeled with the
retryabletrait. Codegen turns this into a$retryableproperty on the Error class instances.This PR changes service error classification to consider such errors automatically retryable by making them transient. This is consistent with our internal specification, and more consistent with pre-SRA retries.
