Couple of bugs in "Windows" release.

• The activate command raises a ValueError exception.
  After installing a package try to activate, you'll receive the error.

• The forced login toggle cant be toggled because the program cannot recognise my correct password. Even after requesting my password from @smoke-wolf via discord, it still does not work, in fact any settings option doesnt modify the UserProfile.py variables. Had to modify manually.
