[FEATURE REQUEST] Add similar options to wait time before cure to wait time after cure - bottom height and transition layers

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I'd like to increase the wait time after cure to cover the total raft height to give longer for the resin to settle before peeling off. Currently it just drops after the first bottom layers to the normal wait time after cure and I think it might reduce delamination risk. So, adding the feature to specify the height of the bottom layer wait time after cure and possibly have transition layers to gradually work down to the normal wait time would help?
