Custom Snippets #42

I'm back again (...sorry). 😅
Just curious about the custom snippets, which seems awesome. I'd be happy to test/develop - just curious what a custom snippet script might look like?
Fwiw, my use case would be to install dependencies for the Snakefile (i.e pandas). I think pandas used to be installed in the snakemake docker, but now with snakemake installed via pip it seems its not there.
