Fixes partially webhook-ui/1

Background

This PR adapts snapshot.js to handle automated webhook subscriptions implemented in: webhook-ui

Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • add the types for Webhook and RemoveWebhook
  • adapt send function to send a request to the correct endpoint for either hub or webhook api

Remainings TODOS (cross-repo)

  • handle verification for fetching all subscriptions from snapshot-webhook
