Custom icons are reset to numbers after few click back and forth

Looks like the custom icons are reset back to number after clicking Next step or Back a few time.

Looks like this needs to be fixed in Dash.
You can follow the progress in this PR plotly/dash#3319

I just confirmed this was fixed in dash 3.1.0. 🎉

dmc-docs site will l be updated to use the new dash version in the next couple days.
