Is there a way to use User Defined Variables to override Config Element keys ?

Hi, i'm facing some blocking with the built in Config elements provided by the plugin (see #119 for exemple)

Is there a way to use the User Defined Variables Config Element to override some predefined key or add new ones ?

Example :
