You can always use the rest api from the command line to create keys: see http://thruk.org/documentation/rest.html#_post-thruk-api_keys |

Hello Sven,
How can I create an API-key for an arbitrary user?
I know I can create/manage my keys under "Show user profile / API-keys", but how can I create/manage keys for "other" users for which I have no login and for which there exists no "login information" (there exists only a "contact" with email which is used for notifications and not for login).
As a workaround I could (I think) add a "local" password to the user, add an API-Key and then delete the "local" password again.
Dan
