Indicate Rates

Simple: Add text to event info frame (by Trigger Type?, from 10MHz clock?, system clock?)

Script: Doesn't fit here does it?

Display Panel Option: Add '(r)eal-time' checkbox [like latest/(i)nstantaneous) one]

Ideal: "Burst Viewer Frame" able to study a sample of events together ('realtime replay' would be a staple of a burst viewer)

I don't think I understand what is wanted here... something that displays the number of events per second?

Sure, a text box with the number of events per second would do.

I haven't checked out the recent 'buffer look back histograms' commit, but
if it lets you know what the event rate it, then it closes this.

Ah this doesn't yet (it shows the trigger rates), but it is easily enough to add one that it shows event rates. See the TriggerStream class if you want to play around.
