What happened

In January an attribute was added to the streamlit entity to specify grants for a streamlit app directly in the snowflake.yml file. I see that this was implemented in the deployment step after the steamlit app was created in an older version of the snowflake-cli. However, it looks like when the cli codebase went through a few refactoring, this feature is now broken.

Grants can still be defined in the streamlit entity in the snowflake.yml file, however, those are never acted upon during the deployment.

This would be great to have again.
