What this does
Adds support for Vertical Pod Autoscaler to automatically adjust cpu/memory requests/limits based on the actual usage without user intervention. Useful when making improvements to cluster resource utilization.
Notes for the reviewer
Vertical Pod Autoscaler should be installed using any acceptable method: plain manifests, 3rd party helm chart or managed addon depending on the cloud.
