enforce minimum size for speaker profile pictures

On the speaker profile they can upload a picture. We enforce a maximum size for technical reasons but it'd also be helpful if we enforced a minimum size. Sometimes people upload a tiny tiny picture which is barely big enough for decent quality when used as in small size on their profile but we also use these for generating speaker social media graphics which are much larger.

There's no single hard minimum. Ideally it'd be at least 1000x1000 (though doesn't have to be square, just at least 1000 pixels to work with in both directions). I'm not sure if it's feasible to enforce resolution on the upload or if we should guesstimate a minimum file size?

Probably along with this it'd be good to update the text on the field a bit to indicate what the expectation is and that it's also used for promotional graphics packages.

@kcbraunschweig looks like we can enforce a minimum size. How does the following look? For now, I added 800 width x 1000 height as the minimum, as traditional headshots would likely be a 4:5 aspect ratio.

Added the first line of help text to indicate that the image will be used in promotional graphics and social media. The other lines of help text reflect the settings of the profile photo field. The red error text appears when a speaker attempts to upload an image that is too small.
