How to emit multiple times ?

In my application i am trying to emit multiple time but it only emit once.

io.to(socketId).emit('CREATE_FILE', `TEST`);
io.to(socketId).emit('CREATE_FILE', `TEST2`); // <--- Not working

I have Express and React setup where:

Server.js:

const io = socket(server);
//Whenever someone connects this gets executed
io.on('connection', (socket) => {
  console.log('A user connected'.green);
  console.log(socket.id);

  //Whenever someone disconnects this piece of code executed
  socket.on('disconnect', () => {
    console.log('A user disconnected'.yellow);
  });
});
app.set('socketio', io);

On Fronted Side:

if (!socket._callbacks.$CREATE_FILE) {
    socket.on('CREATE_FILE', (data) => {
      console.log(data);
    });

That sounds weird, this should work. Are you able to reproduce consistently?

Yes. I have expensive task which create pdf. I passing io and socketId to another function which handle pdf creation task.

That controller file:
