issue with socket.io v4 production deployment

recently i did upgrade for socket.io version in my application from v1 to v4 and everything working fine in non prod but when we moved to production we are getting below error

websocket connection is getting closed before connection is established

but i was not closing the connection from code in anywhere

is there a way to fix this?
