Error during Websocket handsake: Unexpected response code 403

Hi guys I'm using socket.io behind Istio proxy, and after the first request to https://my-domain.com/api/terminal/socket.io/?EIO=4&transport=polling&t=p5-26CP (this request has an Authorization header) I getting the connection upgrade from the server

And then when the swtich protocol occurs i got a Error during Websocket handsake: Unexpected response code 403 when hit
wss://my-domain.com/api/terminal/socket.io/?EIO=2343hfhfjfj&transport=polling

Any help with this
