engine.io-client and socket.io-adapter are not included in v4.8.2

Describe the bug

Been waiting since April for #5335 to land and release.
It landed in September, and v4.8.2 was finally released today.

When upgrading, I saw that both engine.io-client and socket.io-adapter have not been released, now causing duplicate ws and debug versions.

Any chance for a quick bugfix containing these two as well?
