Link to external dataset? #96
Description
When using the web interface, if you create a dataset, you have four options: (1) upload a data file, (2) import data from a url, (3) connect to an external data source (Socrata gateway), and (4) link to an external data source. Does socrata-py support option (4)? I did not see it in the ReadMe.
