Fill the delfin driver template matrix data

Issue/Feature Description:
Delfin has heterogeneous storage driver support matrix template data has yet to be filled, below are the supported drivers

• Dell Emc VMAX
• Dell Emc Unity
• Hitachi VSP
• HP 3PAR StoreServ
• Huawei OceanStor
• IBM Storwize
