Do you accept pull requests?

Hi,

I've over the past few years figured out how to build 32/64 bit ODBC libs using recent SQLite releases, extensions and tools using Visual Studio 2017/2019/2022. I test it via a vbscript/ADO that can run the .test files from sqllogictest. 

I've wanted to give back, but my git-fu was weak, but getting better. I don't see any pull requests here...would you be interested in an pull request?
