Allow the user to specify the mission

A feature that allow the user to specify robotics missions. By having this feature and a set of mission specification patterns in place, you will increase the variability space of experiments. So with this feature, you can allow the experimenters/users to automatically generates missions and environments with diverse difficulty levels.
