Revamp PubMed notebook to encompass Almanack Checks #353
Description
This issue will expand upon the current work of the Seed Bank by adding to the chapter PubMed GitHub Repository Software Information Entropy.
As it stands this chapter only focuses on github metadeta/software information entropy and their correlation to project duration. The Almanack has added multiple metrics and further checks to its analysis and here we will display its new work on ~10,000 PubMed repositories.
We will incorporate graphs that display Almanack checks (non-zero sustainability_correlation), context metrics (zero), the repo-almanack-score, and new citation fields (DOI, cited_by_count, FWCI, is_retracted, grants_count). All of visualizations will allow us to further see how the Almanack and Software sustainability correlate to impact and project lifespan.
