Provide filter for table and check capabilities with metric mapping reference

Various groups might use a specific set of metrics or checks for their work. We could help those groups view their metrics from the almanack using a `--filter` parameter of some kind. For example: `almanack check --filter bioprotocol https://github.com/d33bs/demo`. Each filter could use the same or different sets of metrics.
