v0.4.0 update

Hello LiveDebugger users,

We’ve got some updates regarding the next release, v0.4.0. LiveDebugger started as a small project and grew quickly thanks to your support. However, as we added more features, the need for a better system architecture became evident, especially after some hurdles we faced during the v0.3.0 development.

To make sure we can keep improving LiveDebugger efficiently, we're going to scale back on some new features for v0.4.0 and focus on a major refactor. This isn’t just about fixing issues - it’s about setting up LiveDebugger for future growth and making it easier to add new features down the line.

Thanks for your understanding and patience as we make these changes. We believe it will really be worth the wait!
