Ability to add AVDs from Android Studio and simulators from Xcode #1916

Currently the virtual devices made by Radon are separate from the virtual devices made in Android Studio and Xcode. Ideally, Radon should be able to pick up virtual devices made by the native IDEs, and vice versa.
Radon virtual devices are stored in ~/Library/Caches/com.swmansion.radon-ide/Devices
AVDs are stored in ~/.android/avd
iOS Simulators are stored in ~/Library/Developer/CoreSimulator/Devices
