Allowing multiple scroll handlers on one ScrollView

Scenario:

Reanimated 2 is used to create a custom UI component that is to be published on NPM.

The UI component hooks into the onScroll component of either a FlatList or a ScrollView, applies some custom logic, and then reexports the FlatList/ScrollView.

The user of the library also wants to hook into onScroll. Currently this doesn't seem to be possible.

Is there any chance to add a way to allow multiple handlers to hook into an event?

It seems that once onScroll handles an event like onMomentumBegin, the underlying event is suppressed - so it cannot be used either.
