How to Add Velocity for Spring Animations

React Nativeʼs Animation spring includes a configuration option for velocity. I think this would be a great addition to Reanimated 2ʼs withSpring. IMO this is a requirement for certain UI that can be flung. e.g. Bottom sheets. Without velocity the UI feels un-responsive and slow.

You can add velocity to withSpring even though it is not documented. We should update the docs.
