translate to given point without spring Effect but with the velocity of fingers. React Native Reanimated 2

How to translate view to specific point with the velocity but without the spring effect???

I used useSpring to translate but I want to translate without spring effect and also with the hands velocity. How can we get it? Can anyone Help? Look at code below;
