Issue upgrading reanimated in brownfield iOS project

I am upgrading from Reanimated 1 to Reanimated 2 in my iOS Project. This is a brownfield project with a non standard React Native installation.

This same configuration works in my Android project and I've already tried running pod install and running react-native with the --reset-cache flag.

If you could help direct my debugging efforts I would greatly appreciate it.
