TouchableOpacity and TextInput on Huawei devices doon't work with "transform: translateY"

TouchableOpacity and TextInput on Huawei devices doon't work when using animation together with transform: translateY. Buttons have transparency when clicked, but don't perform the onPress function. Inputs are not clickable either. the problem is revealed only on huawei devices (android).
