How to change Animated.Value.addListener to Reanimated hooks with dependecies?

Hello! I want to use collapsible-header-with-react-native-tab-view with reanimated. Hello! I want to change this code to useAnimatedReaction but the dependencies don't work. Do you know how to convert to Reanimated?

useEffect(() => {
    const curRoute = routes[index].key;
    const listener = scrollY.addListener(({ value }) => {
	    tabkeyToScrollPosition[curRoute] = value;
    });
    return () => {
	    scrollY.removeListener(listener);
    };
}, [index, scrollY, routes, tabkeyToScrollPosition]);

What i tried, it works until i change tab, when change tab, it does not update

useAnimatedReaction(
  () => {
	  return scrollY.value;
  },
  (currentValue, previousValue) => {
	  if (currentValue !== previousValue) {
		  const curRoute = routes[index].key;
		  tabkeyToScrollPosition[curRoute] = currentValue;
