Summary
This PR implements a separate CSS value type -
SVGBrushfor the SVG colors and removes SVG-specific code from theCSSColorimplementation.I named the new type
SVGBrush(instead ofSVGColor) asreact-native-svguses theRNSVGBrushtype to represent color-like values. I also need to add support for other brush values likecontext-fillandcontext-stroke(currently onlycurrentColoris supported). I will add support for then in a separate PR.
