react-native-screen build failed on linux, react-native-screens/android/CMakeLists.txt debug|arm64-v8a : No compatible library found

so im trying to build simple react navigation in linux os using react-native-screen library as mentioned in the react native documentation
but when i run
npx react-native run-android
always failed when in the executing state

so i switch to windows os, then run npx react-native run-android again, the build was successfull

what i was tried :

• adding cmake in the env file path
• adding ndk in the env file path
• adding ndk.dir in the local.properties
• adding cmake.dir in the local.properties
• clear cache

my thought about the bug :

• maybe because react-native-screen CMAKELISTS.txt using find_package(ReactAndroid REQUIRED CONFIG). but the package cannot be found / wrong path

this is my path variable :
